Shipping policy

We are proud to offer FREE WORLDWIDE SHIPPING on all orders.

Orders can be shipped and fulfilled from multiple Waverly Hair™ distribution centres around the world. Depending on the product and inventory, most products will ship from our warehouse/fulfilment centre located in the United States.



All orders will be dispatched and processed from our warehouse within 1-3 business days after they have passed the quality and performance inspection.

Due to COVID19, logistics and shipping facilities around the world are experiencing slight delays (1-3 business days).  Now your order may not be delayed depending on location, however we want to be completely transparent on what could be expected.

The quality and performance inspection consists of a variety of tests conducted on the product to insure its proper functionality before leaving the Waverly Hair facility.  Our customer experience is our top priority, so by undergoing this inspection phase it increases our customer satisfaction knowing their product is arriving in perfect condition.

If we are experiencing an extreme high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.  In peak periods please allow for up to 5-7 business days for dispatch.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or bank/public holidays.

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.  You are also able to track all your orders through our site at https://waverlyhair.com/pages/track-your-order, all you need is your order number.



Waverly Hair is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

If a package is returned to us due to unpaid customs, taxes or return to sender, we will refund the cost of the product and retain the shipping charges. We will allow one free resend if the package was returned to sender; however, if it gets sent back to us the second time, we will retain the shipping fee incurred. For a third attempt, an invoice will be sent with the shipping price (this applies to international and domestic orders).



Order cancellations are only available to customers within the first 24 hours of purchasing.

If you receive damaged merchandise, please take a picture and email us the picture at hello@waverlyhair.com right away. We will only replace damaged goods within 7 Days of a ‘Delivered’ status, unless specified in the 14 Day Money Back Guarantee.  Once you've contacted us we will provide you with a return address, however, Waverly Hair does not cover the return shipping costs.
